Constellations work by mirroring emotions, sentiments, and movements of the soul and spirit of a person or a group of people. In this way, multi-layered aspects of the personality or a complex topic can be made vividly visible. For this purpose, the topic to be considered is set up or arranged (constellated) in space and observed in depth. 

The gateway to the unconscious potential of an organization opens up very precisely via the inner shapes of the key players in the company. These are personal subpersonalities in the unconscious, known in psychology for over 100 years (discovered and first described by Pierre Janet and C.G. Jung in particular). Their attitudes and leitmotifs were often formed existentially and over generations. Their beliefs are deeply imprinted in the personality and, from there, subconsciously affect professional relationships and decision-making processes.

Since the unconscious makes no distinction between private and professional, the inner shapes also influence the movement and non-movement of an organization to a considerable extent.

There are many different constellation formats. The variants used in business have a time frame of 15 to 45 minutes and are therefore feasible in an everyday meeting setting. Larger formats can cover great complexity and last up to 90 minutes.
